Return & Exchange Policy

Upon receipt of your product, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us via email stating your order number and purchase receipt to: honey@salcombebeecompany.co.uk

If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us via email providing details and a photograph so we can send you a replacement or a refund.  We are unable to provide replacements or refunds without proof of damaged goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Our returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

​​Once the products are returned to us and inspected, you will receive a full refund, including the original delivery costs. You will be liable to arrange and cover the full cost of returning the order to us.

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (Honey & Honeycomb) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Any other products designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards
